About the Role Moniepoint is seeking an Implementation Officer to guide new retail customers through onboarding and adoption of Moniebook POS, bridging sales and customer success during the critical early phase.
The role focuses on designing and executing high-touch onboarding plans, configuring the POS to fit retailers' workflows, delivering training, and driving activation within the first 30-60 days to set the foundation for retention and expansion. What You'll Do
- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans from signup to full operational usage, with milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration.
- Conduct engaging live training sessions (one-on-one and group) on core Moniebook features and workflows.
