About this role
About the Role Moniepoint is hiring an Implementation Officer to drive adoption of Moniebook POS for new retail customers. You will guide retailers through early onboarding, tailor the POS to their workflows, deliver training, and ensure active usage within the first 30-60 days. You’ll serve as the primary guide during the onboarding phase to support activation, time-to-value, and seamless handoffs to Account Management. What You'll Do
- Onboarding Program Design & Execution: Create and execute tailored onboarding plans that guide customers from signup to full operational usage, with clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Product Setup & Configuration: Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration.
