About the Role Join RouteGenie as an Implementation Consultant to lead customer onboarding and end-to-end SaaS implementations for medical transportation providers. You will manage the customer relationship from contract signature through go-live, ensure fast time-to-value, and help customers successfully adopt our platform. What You'll Do
- Lead implementation projects from contract signature through successful go-live, understanding customer needs and configuring the platform accordingly.
- Drive rapid adoption by guiding customers to go-live and achieving quick time-to-value.
- Track progress against go-live targets and adjust plans proactively.
- Conduct live training sessions (on-site and remote) and tailor approaches to different customer needs.
- Develop customized onboarding plans based on customer size, complexity, and use case.
