Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to ensure food quality, monitoring hold times, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and promptly addressing member and guest needs to create a seamless experience. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in members and guests by scanning passes and/or referencing guest list
- Welcome patrons hospitably; provide guests with exceptional service for a VIP experience
