About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and technically skilled Solutions Lead to join our Customer Identity team. In this role, you’ll shape and deliver solutions for our evolving CIAM ecosystem, working with Okta, a custom Identity Management API, and integrations across Salesforce, Drupal, and external partner apps.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical and architectural lead for customer identity solutions (Okta, internal APIs, cross-platform integrations).
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to define scalable, feasible architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Design and document identity flows, data models, and integration patterns across Salesforce, Drupal, and other enterprise systems.
