Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and enthusiastic female NYSC Corps Member to join our ICT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, assist in maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, and contribute to the efficient delivery of ICT services while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other ICT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
- Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Perform routine system maintenance and data backup activities.
