About the Role
The IBM US Payroll Professional role involves compiling and processing transactional Payroll and/or Time Data within IBM's HR & Talent Transformation function. Based in the Philippines, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver payments and deductions, while ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws and generating essential payroll reports. What You'll Do
- Compile and process transactional payroll and/or time data.
- Collaborate with other teams that deliver payments/deductions via payroll.
- Process garnishment cases (interrogatories, data updates, validation, issue resolution).
- Handle orders for terminated/LOA employees.
- Ensure accuracy of employee and employer contributions for statutory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of other payments & deductions calculated by the system (e.g., overtime, allowances).
