About this role
About the Role Hitachi Digital Services is seeking an IBM Maximo Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of IBM Maximo solutions for international clients. The role involves gathering business requirements, assisting with solution configuration, supporting testing activities, and working closely with business users to improve maintenance and asset management processes. Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural project environment are essential.
What You'll Do
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Configure and support core Maximo modules (Work Management, Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory Management)
- Support testing activities including functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
