About the Role The intern will collaborate on enhancing the accuracy of the automated Wrap-Up Code (WUC) assignment for US service centers by testing, validating, and improving AI models that classify customer interactions (calls, emails, SMS). They will also contribute to AI training materials, testing automation efforts, and help define and maintain an AI-driven multi-order feature in Cemex Go for Ready-Mix customers, aiming to optimize the digital ordering experience and ensure business logic accuracy. What You'll Do
- Execute functional testing / UAT of the AI model, comparing outputs to expected results and business rules to ensure platform behaviors and UX standards.
- Document findings, discrepancies, edge cases, and updates to the project model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, development, product, business) to monitor and maintain the project model.
