About the Role As a member of the Global Services Finance team, you will be part of the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process area and responsible for processing customer receipts and adjustments for the Manila service region. You will ensure accurate and timely cash application, maintain reconciliations, and support internal audits and process improvements within the Cash Applications and AR reporting functions. What You'll Do
- Process and reconcile cash receipts, bank statements, and remittance advice.
- Ensure all incoming payments are applied accurately, balanced, and compliant with policies.
- Work closely with the Collections team for customer payment and claims reconciliation.
- Prepare customer statements of account and handle refunds and write-offs when credits exist.
- Generate and reconcile closing reports and ensure service levels per SLAs.
