About this role
About the Role The Hygienist is responsible for implementing sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with Kerry's key customers, approved codes of practice and Kerry policies and procedures. The role drives sanitation and continuous improvement initiatives at the manufacturing plant and leads food safety risk reduction programs in alignment with the Regional Sanitation Team. Assist in the plant Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
What You'll Do
- Conduct inspection and perform gap analysis of sanitation program
- Monitor GMP and housekeeping activities to maintain plant standard
- Develop and implement training to support sanitation program
- Empower sanitation personnel to maintain documentation and coach when deviation occurs
- Take ownership of department deficiencies and implement countermeasures
- Communicate to management on any gaps and corrective actions
