About the Role The HVDC Technical Lead will act as the design authority for a specific engineering discipline, guiding tasks and applying established techniques to deliver conventional projects. You will lead engineering activities, provide construction and commissioning support, and ensure solutions align with project goals. What You'll Do
- Act as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline and complete engineering assignments using established solutions.
- Provide construction support and collaborate on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying issues and offering corrections as needed.
- Provide technical support to commissioning and start-up activities and assist in preparing proposals with engineering estimates.
- Support contract management in issuing claims related to new scope, cost impact, time impact, and risk quantifications.
