About the Role The HVAC Technician III will support the Facility Maintenance Manager in maintaining HVAC systems and related equipment for the Client, ensuring safe, efficient operations and accurate documentation. What You'll Do
- Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, controls, and kitchen refrigeration
- Monitor operation, read readings, adjust systems, and record temperatures, pressures, and other data
- Administer preventive maintenance programs, keep machine history and lubrication logs, and manage maintenance task sheets
- Respond to heating/cooling problems, perform repairs, and comply with safety standards (OSHA)
- Install and maintain electrical controls, single/three-phase motors, wire and run conduit
- Use CMMS Planner/Scheduler to optimize preventive maintenance; maintain inventories of filters and refrigerant
