HVAC Technician - Daikin VRU, AHU & Chillers
Description
- The HVAC Technician will maintain, service, and repair a large-scale commercial HVAC system comprising Daikin VRV/VRF systems, air handling units (AHUs), and chillers, all managed through a Building Management System (BMS).
- The role requires a technician confident working independently on routine PPM while escalating complex faults appropriately, in a live, 24/7, high-footfall environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled PPM (monthly/quarterly) on VRV/VRF outdoor and indoor units, AHUs, and chiller plant, per OEM (Daikin) service intervals.
- Clean/replace filters, inspect coils and condensate systems, and check refrigerant lines for leaks across all zones.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-circuit faults on VRV systems, AHUs, and chillers.
