About the Role Join Volvo CE to contribute to cab HVAC solutions for Wheel Loaders and Articulated Haulers in Eskilstuna. You will own the HVAC area across the product lifecycle, balancing technical performance, manufacturability, quality and cost to strengthen Volvo CE’s position as the top choice for customers. Collaborate with a global team to create a best-in-class operator environment. What You'll Do
- Design HVAC hardware and layouts, including air ducts, routing, and component selection
- Perform heating and cooling calibrations in the cab, and conduct calibration and diagnostics of components and systems
- Own the HVAC area with close interfaces toward the Thermal Management area
- Collaborate within the cab team and with colleagues around the world to ensure compliant and optimized solutions
- Ensure designs consider relevant standards and manufacturability
