About the Role We are looking for a passionate HR professional to lead the HR team at the Opava plant and support the HR team across the Czech Republic. The role focuses on strengthening culture, employee satisfaction, preparing the organization for future challenges, working with talent, and overseeing labor relations and employment law agenda. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the HR agenda for the Opava plant and support HR operations across Czech Republic.
- Build strong relationships across the factory floors, from leadership to employees to the union, and drive ongoing HR initiatives.
- Safeguard and promote Mondelēz culture, employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor and employment law; partner with plant leadership on long-term projects. What We're Looking For
