Job title: Human Resources Officer
This role is for a Human Resources Officer to support HR functions within a hospitality/hotel environment based in Ikeja, Lagos.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years’ HR experience in the hospitality/hotel industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and staffing structure.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
