Description
- As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support the execution of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, learning and development, and HR administration, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant.
- Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
