The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies related to workforce planning, performance management, staff development, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring a productive and values-driven workplace.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts for all departments across the group.
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll processing in collaboration with Finance.
