Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related discipline
- Master's Degree is an added advantage
- CIPM certification is mandatory
- 8–10 years' progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
- Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience is highly desirable
- Hands-on HRIS experience, preferably SeamlessHR
