About this role
About the Role As a Human Resources Advisor, you will support the HR Manager in delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will contribute to recruitment, employer branding, learning and development, employee engagement, internal communication, and people operations, ensuring adherence to Meliá’s HR policies, processes and values. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers to foster a positive workplace culture and attract, develop, and retain talent across the hotel. What You'll Do
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, development, and offboarding activities.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
