About this role
Palmpay is a Pan-African fintech company currently operating in Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria and expanding to other markets in Tanzania. It is reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online. It is seeking for a proactive and results-driven Human Resource Trainee will be responsible to support the human resources department in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, human resource administration and compliance. This role is designed to provide exposure to core human resource functions and prepare the trainee for a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes and scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding processes for new hires (documentation and induction programs).
