We're seeking a Human Resource Officer to work remotely with occasional presence at the Abuja office to lead recruitment, employee relations and performance management while ensuring HR operations align with the organisation's mission and values.
Requirements
- Master's (required) and Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Odoo, Slack, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities
