About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner with 3 to 5 years of experience to oversee our full HR operations, with a primary focus on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Source, interview, and hire top talent.
- Onboarding: Set up smooth welcoming programs for new hires.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate staff training programs to boost workplace proficiency.
- Performance Management: Manage employee KPIs, periodic appraisals, and performance reviews.
- HR Operations: Handle employee relations, policy enforcement, training, and basic compliance.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of progressive HR experience handling the full HR lifecycle.
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (CIPM/SHRM certification is a plus).
