The Hub Manager is the second layer of the front-line team directly managing the launch of new Hubs/Shops and supporting growth toward Hub profitability. A Hub Manager has an entrepreneurial mindset that drives new ideas to have a successful new Hub launch and enforces brilliant basics on Hub Operational Standards A Hub Manager has to demonstrate leadership capabilities by supporting Jaza stars on best practices that help towards hub growth. They will be responsible for recruiting, training and coaching other Jaza stars in his/her cohort. They will be responsible for managing Hub's growth which is increasing the number of active customers per respective Hub, Hub profitability and Jaza stars coaching at her respective cohort.
