About this role
About the Role Lead the site's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement across production activities. You will define safety policies, manage risk assessments, implement prevention programs, train staff, and coordinate emergency preparedness. What You'll Do
- Advise and assist management in evaluating risks and defining safety, hygiene, and environmental policies.
- Ensure the impact of industrial activity on the environment is reduced.
- Ensure HSE considerations by other departments in daily activities.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain compliance of the site and with insurers.
- Organize updating of occupational risk assessment and environmental analysis; perform assessments when HSE expertise is required.
