About the Role The HSE Deputy General Manager (HSE DGM) is a Shell employee seconded to Rashpetco and a member of the Rashpetco Leadership Management Team. The role provides strategic HSE leadership across Rashpetco operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, governance and sustained improvements in safety, environmental performance and asset integrity. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic advice and direction for managing HSE in operations, drilling and project activities and for associated contractors.
- Develop and lead annual and 3-year HSE plans; influence adoption of Shell HSE tools, initiatives and assurance processes.
- Ensure process safety compliance (including safety cases and asset integrity) with regular auditing and coaching to mitigate risks; establish HSE KPIs and monitor performance.
