HSE Coordinator required for an Upstream Oil & Gas company. Responsibility covers coordination of Health, Safety, and Environmental activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
- Lead safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors
- Monitor and report HSE performance and compliance
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Liaise with regulatory bodies on HSE matters
- Maintain updated knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas (Upstream preferred)
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations
