The HRBP Manager, Education & Research role at Huron is a full-time remote position serving as a Human Resources Business Partner to a diverse and large consulting segment within the Education & Research Industry. The incumbent will provide strategic HR partnership, direction, and consultation to leadership while working closely with the HRBP Strategy Leader for Education & Research. He or she will be accountable for supporting the overall needs of the segment and driving success related to people metrics. The HRBP will play a highly visible role and serve as a key member of the business unit’s leadership team. He or she will have primary responsibility for the integration, development, engagement, and retention of employees within their business unit.
