- Manage SuccessFactors Benefits (Medical, Life, Pensions and Retirement Plans, etc.) related support issues, enhancements, and end-to-end mini projects/rollouts.
- Manage business stakeholders; groom and guide junior resources as needed.
- Manage components of HR technology for Employee Benefits; contribute to problem-solving and process improvement; collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Own workstreams or components of HR technology solutions.
- Improve existing processes through analysis and stakeholder input.
