About the Role This role shapes the future of HR service delivery by designing and evolving HR technology solutions, with a strong focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise integrations. You will work across systems, workflows, automation, and AI capabilities to create scalable, secure, and seamless experiences for HR services. What You'll Do
- Define and maintain HR technology architecture standards and integration principles.
- Design end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow HRSD, HRIS, identity/access management, collaboration tools, and enterprise platforms.
- Lead integrations between HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, ITSM, document management, and communication platforms.
- Drive automation, self-service, workflow simplification, and employee experience improvements.
