About the Role In this role, you will help shape the future of HR service delivery. You will drive the architecture, design, and evolution of HR technology solutions, with a strong focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise integrations. This role is based in Portugal with remote working arrangements. What You'll Do
- Define and maintain HR technology architecture standards and integration principles.
- Design end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow HRSD, HRIS, identity/access management, collaboration tools, and enterprise platforms.
- Lead integrations between HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, ITSM, document management, and communication platforms.
- Drive automation, self-service, workflow simplification, and employee experience improvements.
- Partner with HR, IT, Security, and external vendors on solution delivery and roadmap planning.
