Goonite (NG) Hygiene Product FZE, known for its premium brands Lebrace Diapers and Besense Sanitary Pads, is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee day-to-day human resources, payroll, and administrative operations within the manufacturing facility ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective HR operations, employee relations, labor law compliance, and efficient administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations (attendance, shift schedules, leave management, personnel records)
- Prepare and manage monthly payroll (attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, statutory contributions)
- Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary disbursement
- Manage statutory payroll obligations (PAYE, pension, etc.)
- Coordinate recruitment for factory, technical, and administrative roles
