Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support all core HR functions within our Home Appliance business. The ideal candidate must have prior HR experience in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry, with hands-on experience supporting brands such as TCL, Hisense, Midea, Haier, LG, Samsung, or similar. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, retail, service engineers, warehouse, and office staff.
- Coordinate onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
