About the Role We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Lithuania and play a key role in supporting the HR function in Lithuania and Estonia. In this temporary position, you will focus on HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, employment documentation, HRIS management and office administration across Lithuania and Estonia. You will work closely with operations teams in Lithuania and Estonia, as well as finance, sales and the technical center, to manage day-to-day HR activities, drive process improvements, support global HR transformation projects and ensure seamless HR service delivery across the business. This role reports to the Head of HR. This is a fixed-term position until the end of June 2027.
