About the Role IBM is seeking an HR data analyst to join a HR specialist project team to deliver analytical work and transform HR data into actionable insights. The role focuses on HR system data, working with multiple data sets, and producing clean, governed data to support outcomes across HR processes. What You'll Do
- Extract data from multiple systems and archival sources, cleanse and de-identify data, ensure files are named, structured, and stored per approved conventions for secure sharing with third-party vendors.
- Review and analyze data workbooks from third-party vendors, interrogate/validate source data, ensure datasets are integrated across systems, and identify drivers and trends affecting calculations.
- Identify anomalies and root causes, assess data quality, and consider source-system limitations in the broader context.
