Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day HR and people operations activities across the organisation.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, employee movements, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR data.
- Provide HR data and reports to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
- Analyse employee and workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable management insights.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and periodic management reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
