The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our employees. The core focus of this role is twofold: driving strategic recruitment to build a top-tier workforce and implementing effective personnel management to foster a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment management including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for production, sales, and administrative roles.
- People Management: Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to maintain high morale and productivity.
