HR Manager (Part-time)

The organization is seeking an HR Manager (Part-time) to oversee end-to-end HR operations at our Lagos location. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, designing and delivering induction and ongoing training programmes, developing and managing HR policies and staff documentation, overseeing performance management, liaising on payroll accuracy, driving employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives, and handling employee relations and exit processes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of generalist HR experience, hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems, and strong communication skills, with availability for a part-time schedule. Nice-to-have qualifications include a Law-focused background related to Employment/Labour Law, experience supporting multiple locations, and experience in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality.
