About the Role In VGTC, you’ll take a key role as HR Manager / Manager People & Culture at the intersection of strategy and operations. You’ll be a member of the Management Team and drive HR strategy, active decision-making and hands-on HR delivery, while leading a small HR team. You’ll serve as the P&C partner for both southern and northern site clusters and collaborate with the broader People & Culture team in Beesd.
What You'll Do
- Lead a small HR team consisting of a P&C Business Partner (responsible for the 6 southern sites) and a P&C Officer; coach and develop the team; ensure strong, consistent HR execution across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, organizational development, and absence management.
