- Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und strategischen Weiterentwicklung der HR-IT-Services (Schwerpunkt SAP H4S4 Personalabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen HR- und IT-Teams.
- Neue Lösungen implementieren und in die bestehende Systemlandschaft integrieren.
- Analyse von Business-Anforderungen, Definition, Planung und Leitung internationaler HR-IT-Projekte; auch operative Mitarbeit.
