About the Role As HR HC Master Data Management Specialist with Dutch, you will act as an HR guide for Alcon associates and managers across countries and languages. This role supports associates through all HR employee life cycle events, including clarification of policies and procedures, HR administration, payroll inquiries, system navigation, and more, with follow-up until closure.
What You'll Do
- Process HR lifecycle changes related to employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, and onboarding.
- Contribute effectively to team, regional, and global projects.
- Ensure team documentation is kept up-to-date; support the preparation and implementation of People policies, procedures, handbooks, and guidelines.
