About the Role The HR Generalist supports the Ilfracombe site by partnering with associates and leaders to shape the employee experience and deliver HR services within the HR Operations model. This role brings policies and processes to life through local execution, trusted guidance, and practical problem-solving, handling complex or non-standard HR situations with a people-first approach. What You'll Do
- Complex Case Resolution: Resolve moderate to complex, non-standard, or escalated HR cases across core HR domains (e.g., employee lifecycle transactions, time and attendance, benefits, and policy interpretation), applying judgment within approved policies, playbooks, and governance standards.
