Job title: HR Generalist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join a bespoke high-end fashion house in Surulere, Lagos, overseeing core HR functions, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes; administering employee benefits and payroll; maintaining employee records and HR databases; supporting performance management and development; ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies; facilitating employee relations and resolving workplace issues; assisting in organizing training and professional development programmes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Must reside in or around Yaba/Surulere, Lagos.
- Ability to work 5 days per week (any five days between Monday and Saturday).
