HR Generalist
We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage core HR functions and support employee lifecycle activities at our Surulere, Lagos location. The role requires hands-on involvement in recruitment, benefits and payroll administration, employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and payroll
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee performance management and development
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Assist in organizing training and professional development programmes
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources
- Must reside in or around Yaba/Surulere, Lagos
