Job title: HR Generalist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join a bespoke high-end fashion house in Surulere to oversee core HR functions, support employee development, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee performance management and development.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Assist in organizing training and professional development programmes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Must reside in or around Yaba/Surulere, Lagos.
- Ability to work 5 days per week (any five days between Monday and Saturday).
