Job title: HR Generalist
An experienced HR Generalist is sought to strengthen HR operations, employee welfare, and organisational development for a leading NGO based in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and HR policies
- Support performance management and staff development
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Provide HR guidance to employees and management
- Support payroll and conflict resolution processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5 years relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High integrity and emotional intelligence
