About this role
Job title: HR Executive
We are seeking an HR Executive to lead HR operations for a Medspa based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role is full-time, on-site, and open to female applicants only.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain staff records and HR documentation.
- Manage payroll inputs.
- Ensure labour law compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee attendance, leave and staff scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years’ proven HR experience in a structured organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and compliance.
- Hands-on payroll and HR systems experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
