Deine Aufgaben
- Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte in allen HR relevanten Themen
- Betreuung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden des Verantwortungsbereiches über den gesamten HR-Life Cycle
- Anstossen, begleiten und zum Erfolg führen von Veränderungs- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen
- Initiierung, Begleitung und Optimierung der jährlichen HR Prozesse
- Leitung von/Mitarbeit in verschiedenen HR-Projekten, teils standortübergreifend mit anderen TRUMPF Gesellschaften und dem Headquarter
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Personalbereich (min. Niveau eidg. Fachausweis) oder (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss mit Vertiefung Human Resources
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Stilsichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Dynamische, emphatische und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
