About this role
About the Role As HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor to global divisional leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies, leading cross-border change, and helping build an inclusive culture across ORTEC's international organization. You will partner with senior leaders, Global HR Operations, and our Talent and Reward teams, reporting into the Director for HR Business Partnering. What You'll Do
- Partner with global leaders on creating people & culture plans for their divisions with focus on workforce planning, organizational design, engagement and talent development
- Lead or co-lead global change initiatives (culture and organizational changes, AI transformation, M&A integration)
